- ½ cup of ice
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
To prepare the smoothie, simply place the mamey pulp in a blender along with the milk, ice, and honey if you're using it. Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour it into a chilled glass, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top if desired, and enjoy it cold!
