This kimchi is fermented along with hot pepper powder, sweet rice powder, squid, fish sauce, pear, ginger and more. Fermented foods have a dynamic flavor profile: our fresh kimchi's spice and strong vegetal notes mellow out and make way for richer and more vinegary flavors over time.
